Sunny Health & Fitness 40" Foldable Trampoline with Bar
Rebound Exercise is the therapeutic movement on the mini-trampoline. Because it moves all parts of the body at once we can also call it a cellular exercise. As an exercise it is superior to any other because it not only uses gravity but also two other forces, acceleration and deceleration. As a therapy it is as beneficial as massage or reflexology, since the whole body is involved, it is truly a cellular exercise. Rebound Exercise fulfills all four requirements of effective exercise:
Strength
Aerobic capability
Flexibility
Endurance. The greatest benefits of more vigorous exercise is the increase of oxygen. Increased oxygen helps us burn more calories, destroys toxins, gets rid of bacteria and fungus and stimulates cardiovascular health

User Reviews about Sunny Health & Fitness 40" Foldable Trampoline with Bar
My health care professional recommended a rebounder for me. I am attempting to recover from a long illness and still can't walk more than a block at a time. She said it is good for getting the lymph moving for people who can't exercise. When I said I didn't think I could balance on it, she told me about the bar to hold.
This model was the best price on the internet for items that users found sturdy. It came quickly in a medium-sized box. And when put together it was ginormous. It has a carrying case for portability, which is hilarious because it's so big and by the time it's unfolded, the legs screwed on, the bar assembled, I'd have no more energy for bouncing.
And then I started using it. At first I could only jump 20 times, so I started doing it three times a day. After 2 weeks I'm up to 70 times, three times a day. It is work for me, and the bar is essential. I'm so weak that most of the time I can't really get a bounce without using the bar. I can feel the improvement and would recommend it to those who need to build up strength. It is easy on my knees and hips, unlike walking.
I gave it 4 stars, not five, because of the construction of the bar. The bar moves back and forth as I jump, which is a little unnerving, but it has held so far, so I hope it is fine this way. -- Great for recovery
I have had this for about a month. I got it because of arthritis and I was told these rebounders are low impact. I think they lied. It took me many times to get past the 5 min. at a time workout because the pain was really bad, but I eventually got past that and can go for half an hour now, but at the end of that workout I am hurting something awful.
I think this is a good buy because it does exactly what it says and it is well built. I am at the top of the weight limit for this and it doesn't seem to be straining to support me.
If my arthritis wasn't as bad as it is, I would be on this thing all the time. -- A Good Buy
I had an issue with the first product they sent. It was bent. I did ship it back and they promptly sent out a new one, which works. -- Foldable Trampoline
We got this for our 5 year old. We chose it because we didn't want a childrens one that she would outgrow. We are very happy with it. I didn't know the bar was adjustable, and that is a great feature. The whole family can use it, and it feels very safe. We have not folded it for storage yet, but the carrying case will come in handy. -- Healthy fun
Bought it for my wife for Christmas...she really likes it...
The unit is sufficiently solid and well built... -- Trampoline w/ Bar
