For three years I have suffered with blood sugar problems, but they are too subtle to be picked up by doctors, I thought it was hypoglycemia, it turns out that due to my anxious nature my adrenal gland is over stressed leading to fatigue. I bought this product at a local health food store, not thinking it would make any difference but it has made a world of difference in my energy levels, reaction to food, and how I deal with stressful life events (their herb "stress response" is better for this though, it has higher concentrations of the herbs). It is also beneficial to my meditation regiment. I do not think this product is for everyone though, I took too much once and went through something similar to a manic episode, and have read that this should not be used by people diagnosed as bipolar. -- A great product for a stressful life
